We value, respect and accept individuals unconditionally while providing them a life changing journey of grace thus enabling them to experience genuine intimacy in all their relationships while equipping them to move forward in their true identity.

The Onesimus Connection & Bill Nichols

“The Onesimus Connection” is a Counselling/ Life Coaching program which helps individuals move beyond Anger, Identity & Life Controlling Issues, to become all that they were meant to be.

The Executive Director of TOC, Bill Nichols, is BOTHCOUNSELOR and a LIFE COACH.   Bill is a “Certified Professional Life Coach”, a “Certified Behavioral Counselor” and a “Certified Anger Management Professional”.  He holds certificates in “Sexual Addictions Counseling”, “Addictions and Recovery” and “Treating Compulsive Sexual Behavior”. He has his Master’s degree in Christian Counseling and a Bachelor of Theology Degree.

Bill has over twenty-five years’ experience in professional Life Coaching & Counseling.  For a number of years, as a "Board Certified Christian Counselor", had his own private counseling practice helping over 1,200 couples and individuals with a variety of personal issues.  Bill has organized and facilitated Anger Management Classes and directed Addictions Programs at various counseling centers including The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and The City Rescue Mission in Jacksonville, FL

Mr. Nichols has attended five different colleges and is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO,  International College of Bible Theology in Sikeston, MO  and Logos University & Graduate School in Jacksonville, FL.
